We offer a free initial consultation which takes the form of a mini desktop audit. The following terms apply to this service:
The free consultation involves a preliminary review of health and safety documentation provided by the prospective client. Its purpose is to identify potential gaps in compliance and to provide a general overview of areas that may require attention. It is an introductory service only.
The free consultation carries absolutely no obligation on either party. You are under no obligation to engage our paid services following the consultation, and we are under no obligation to provide any further services beyond the initial review.
The free consultation is not a full health and safety audit and should not be relied upon as a comprehensive assessment of your legal compliance. Any findings or feedback provided during a free consultation are given in good faith as a general guide only and do not constitute formal professional advice. Mtec accepts no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or omissions made on the basis of feedback provided during a free consultation.
We reserve the right to decline to provide a free consultation to any individual or organisation at our sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
